患者女,40岁。左侧头皮丘疹3年,破溃伴瘙痒和疼痛1年,皮损约2.0cm×3.0cm大小。皮损组织病理示:瘤组织由胞浆透明之非典型大细胞所构成,呈叶状浸润增生且与表皮相连,较多毛鞘角化。诊断:外毛根鞘癌。予手术切除皮损,术后随访1年,无复发。
Female patient, 40 years old. Left scalp papules 3 years, rupture with itching and pain for 1 year, skin lesions about 2.0cm × 3.0cm size. Pathological lesions showed: Tumor tissue by the cytoplasm atypical of the transparent large cells, was lobular hyperplasia and connected with the epidermis, more hair sheath keratosis. Diagnosis: outer hair root sheath cancer. Surgical resection of the lesion, followed up for 1 year, no recurrence.
