The National Defense Metrology and Measurement Standardization Technical Committee (referred to as the Measurement and Testing Military Standardization Committee) held a general session and the first session of the second session in Beijing from July 15 to July 17, 1993. A total of 37 members, secretaries and invited representatives attended the meeting. Vice Minister Huang Ning of the Comprehensive Planning Department of the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense and Director Yin Heiling of the Bureau of Metrology and Measurement will announce the establishment of the second military testing and testing committee and send a letter of appointment and speech to the commissioners. Alternate member of the CPC Central Committee, deputy general manager of Aviation Industry Corporation
