目的研究一种复方过氧化氢手消毒液的消毒性能。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物实验方法,对该复方过氧化氢手消毒液的杀菌效果和毒性进行了实验室评价。结果该复方过氧化氢手消毒液于37℃密封储存90 d,过氧化氢下降率为6.07%。用含过氧化氢8.02 g/L的该复方过氧化氢手消毒液,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌作用0.5 min,平均杀灭对数值≥5.0;对悬液内白色念珠菌作用0.5 min,平均杀灭对数值≥4.0。该复方过氧化氢手消毒液对小鼠急性经口毒性试验LD50﹥5 000 mg/kg(体重)。结论该复方过氧化氢手消毒液对细菌繁殖体及酵母菌有较好的杀灭效果,属实际无毒级物质,储存性能稳定。
Objective To study the disinfection performance of a compound hydrogen peroxide hand disinfectant. Methods The bactericidal effect and toxicity of the compound hydrogen peroxide hand disinfectant were evaluated by the method of suspension quantitative sterilization and animal experiment. Results The compound hydrogen peroxide hand disinfectant was sealed and stored at 37 ℃ for 90 days. The rate of hydrogen peroxide descended was 6.07%. With hydrogen peroxide 8.02 g / L of the compound hydrogen peroxide hand disinfectant, the suspension of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa effect 0.5 min, the average kill logarithm value ≥ 5.0; on the suspension of white Candida role 0.5 min, the average kill logarithm ≥ 4.0. The compound hydrogen peroxide hand disinfectant acute oral toxicity test in mice LD50> 5 000 mg / kg (body weight). Conclusion The compound hydrogen peroxide hand disinfectant has a good killing effect on bacterial propagules and yeasts, and is an actual non-toxic material with stable storage performance.
