采用经气管超声多普勒心输出量监测(TTD)的体表超声法(SP),对30例循环稳定的小婴儿进行心输出量(CO)监测,同时用彩色超声多普勒进行对照测定,并对两种方法所测的120对数据进行相关性分析。结果SP法与彩色超声多普勒测定CO相关良好(ρ=0.90),呈正相关,两法测CO的平均误差Bias=0.18±0.09,表明SP法测定CO可反映小婴儿心输出量的变化。本法无创,无需气管插管,仪器可移至床旁使用,可用于危重病儿尤其是对小婴儿进行连续心功能监测、病情分析和指导治疗
