连续两季检测了辣椒雄性不育系天然异交授粉程度,并比较了人工授粉和天然异交授粉对F1代种子产量的影响。结果表明,雄性不育系MS-12(核不育系),CCA-4261(核质互作型不育系)和它们的等基因雄性可育株,即MS-12可育株和PBC-534产生了相当数量的椒果和种子,故可证明确有一定量的天然异交授粉存在。本试验亦表明,天然授粉和人工授粉对不育系MS-12的座果数和种子量的作用并无显著差异,而天然异交授粉使CCA-4261产生较多的种子,其原因是天然授粉使其座果数较多。因此,可以认为用CCA-4261进行杂交辣椒制种可以节省人工授粉的环节,而不会影响杂交种子的产量。
The natural diplomatic pollination of pepper male sterile lines was tested in two consecutive seasons and the effects of artificial and natural cross pollination on F1 seed yield were compared. The results showed that male sterile lines MS-12 (male sterile line), CCA-4261 (male sterile line) and their isogenic male fertile lines, namely MS-12 fertile line and PBC- 534 produced a considerable amount of pepper fruit and seeds, it can be demonstrated that a certain amount of natural cross-pollination exists. The results also showed that the effects of natural pollination and artificial pollination on fruit number and seed weight of CMS-MS-12 were not significantly different, but natural heterosexual pollination produced more seeds for CCA-4261 due to natural Pollinating the fruit to make more. Therefore, it can be considered that the hybrid seed production with CCA-4261 can save artificial pollination without affecting the yield of hybrid seed.
