利用江苏省淮南片和国家长江中下游冬麦组区域试验、生产试验的资料,对宁麦16产量构成因素及其与产量的关系进行分析,以期为该品种的合理利用提供依据。结果表明:宁麦16平均成穗数444.6万/hm2,穗粒数41.6粒,千粒重40.0 g。相关分析表明,穗粒数、成穗数与产量呈极显著正相关(r=0.4992**,r=0.4403**),而千粒重与产量呈不显著负相关(r=-0.2465)。产量与成穗数、穗粒数、千粒重的多元回归方程为:y=-9870.61+13.63 x1+138.61 x2+120.53 x3。通径分析表明,成穗数对产量的作用最大,其次是穗粒数,千粒重的效应相对较小。因此,宁麦16的高产栽培技术应在保证足够的群体和成穗数的基础上,增加穗粒数,稳定粒重。
Based on the data of Huainan Pianjian of Jiangsu Province and Dongmai Group in the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River in Jiangsu Province, the relationship between the yield components of Ningmai 16 and its yield was analyzed in order to provide the basis for its reasonable utilization. The results showed that the average number of spike of Ningmai 16 was 4446000 / hm2, the number of grains per spike was 41.6, the weight of thousand seeds was 40.0 g. Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation (r = 0.4992 **, r = 0.4403 **) between the number of spikelets and the number of spikes and the yield, while there was no significant negative correlation between the number of kernels and the yield (r = -0.2465). The multiple regression equation of yield, spike number, grain number per spike and 1000-grain weight was: y = -9870.61 + 13.63x1 + 138.61x2 + 120.53x3. Path analysis showed that the number of spikelets had the greatest effect on yield, followed by the number of spikelets and the effect of 1000-grain weight was relatively small. Therefore, Ningmai 16 high-yielding cultivation techniques should ensure adequate population and number of spikes, based on the increase of grains per spike, grain weight stability.
