一、中央人民共和国之这徽在下列各機關懸掛: (一)中央機關: 中央人民政府委員會。中國人民政治協商會議全國委員會; 中央人民政府政務院; 中央人民政府外交部及其直屬機關。 (二)地方機關: 各大行政區人民政府(軍政委員會); 民族自治區人民政府; 省、市、縣人民政府及人民行政公署。 (三)駐外國使館及領事館。
First, the emblem of the People’s Republic of China in the following organs hanging: (a) the central government: the Central People’s Government Committee. Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference National Committee; the Central People’s Government, the State Council; the Central People’s Government Ministry of Foreign Affairs and its immediate agencies. (2) Local authorities: people’s governments of all major administrative regions (military committees); people’s governments of ethnic autonomous regions; people’s governments of provinces, cities and counties and people’s administrative offices. (C) in foreign embassies and consulates.
