各区人民政府,市直各委、办、局,各开发区管委会:为深化我市流通体制改革,促进流通业持续、稳定、健康发展,培育商贸流通领域大企业、大集团,根据《国务院关于促进流通业发展的若干意见》(国发[2005]19号)精神,现就培育我市重点商贸流通企业工作,提出如下意见,请认真贯彻执行。一、指导思想和发展目标
The district people’s governments, municipal committees, offices, bureaus, and administrative committees of development zones: To deepen the reform of the circulation system in our city, and to promote the sustained, stable, and healthy development of the circulation industry, to cultivate large enterprises and large groups in the fields of trade and circulation, according to the “State Council. Regarding the Opinions on Promoting the Development of the Circulation Industry (Guo Fa [2005] No. 19), we are now working on cultivating key commercial and trade circulation enterprises in our city and putting forward the following opinions.
