针对过套管电阻率微弱信号检测,结合实际应用,设计了由TMS320F2812和ADS1274组成的耐高温、高准确度数据采集系统。该系统使用DSP的多通道串口McBSP完成24bit高准确度数据采集,实现了四路信号的同时采集,利用DSP的eCAN总线模块外接CAN接/收发器完成数据传输和通信,便于与工业中的现场总线CAN连接,将DSP的SCI串口留作备用调试接口,便于数据上传计算机进行处理和分析。经试验验证,数据采样准确度0.5%,持续在高温环境下正常工作8h以上,且此系统已在过套管电阻率测井仪器中得到应用。
Aiming at the weak signal detection of the casing resistance, the high temperature and high accuracy data acquisition system composed of TMS320F2812 and ADS1274 was designed according to the practical application. The system uses DSP multi-channel serial McBSP complete 24bit high accuracy data acquisition to achieve the simultaneous acquisition of four signals, the use of DSP eCAN bus module external CAN receiver / transceiver to complete the data transmission and communication, easy and industrial field CAN bus connection, the DSP’s SCI serial port as a standby debug interface, easy to upload data to the computer for processing and analysis. The experimental verification, data sampling accuracy of 0.5%, continued to work in high temperature more than 8h normal, and the system has been in the casing resistivity logging instrument has been applied.
