2A14铝合金广泛应用于运载火箭贮箱的研制生产,但是由于其晶界液化严重、对应力集中敏感,目前主要采用两面三层TIG焊工艺。脉冲TIG焊可以减少裂纹敏感性、减少焊接变形、细化晶粒,提高力学性能,适合单面焊双面成形工艺,具有广阔的应用前景。本文通过脉冲TIG焊工艺参数对焊接接头力学性能影响的分析,获得最佳的工艺参数。
2A14 aluminum alloy is widely used in the development and production of carrier rockets. However, due to the serious liquefaction of its grain boundaries and the sensitivity to stress concentration, the T14 welding process with two sides and three layers is currently adopted. Pulse TIG welding can reduce the crack sensitivity, reduce welding deformation, grain refinement, improve mechanical properties, suitable for single-sided welding double-sided forming process, has broad application prospects. In this paper, through pulse TIG welding process parameters on the mechanical properties of welded joints analysis to obtain the best process parameters.
