病史摘要颜××之女,三胎一产,妊娠40周,于1981年8月5日下午9时45分顺产娩出。出生时Apgar评分4分,5分钟后2分,15分钟4分,羊水清。生后即予气管插管加压吸氧,并脐静脉注入碳酸氢钠、氢考、VitK。体重未测,估计3,000g。插管吸氧,入婴儿室。入室时肤紫,无哭声,无反应,偶有呼吸动作,心
