中国内地的房地产币场在八十年代后期才开始起步,在法制上还有许多地方不够完善,很多方面都还没有规范化,在理论与政策上亦有不同的看法。起步不够十年的市场,当然是处于不成熟的阶段,这是可以理解的。因此对房地产市场的促进、管理与监察,看来还要走一段漫长的路。可是,这个不成熟市场的产品,近日却铺天盖地地向香港市场推销,在推销手法上,竟然是如此成熟,如此炽热,使香港人不得不另眼相看。香港居民每天打开电视,翻开报纸,都会感到地产广告推销的手法是何等高明,吸引力(甚至可以说是诱惑性)是何等强烈,而数量又何等庞大。香港不少有名的影视明星都在中国房地产的厂告上现身。有些刊物,也把这些明星在房地产广告上的收入当作特有新闻加以报道。
In the late 1980s, the real estate market in mainland China started its operation. There are still many areas where the legal system is not perfect enough. In many aspects, it has not yet been standardized. There are also differences in theory and policy. It is understandable that the market started less than ten years ago is certainly in an immature stage. Therefore, the real estate market promotion, management and monitoring, it seems a long way to go. However, the products of this immature market have been sold to the Hong Kong market over the past few days. In terms of marketing practices, they are so sophisticated and so hot that Hong Kong people have to look differently. Every day Hong Kong residents turn on the television and open the newspapers. How sophisticated and attractive (or even seductive) real estate advertising can be is how strong the quantity is. Many well-known movie stars in Hong Kong appear on the Chinese real estate factory announcement. Some publications also cover the earnings of these celebrities on real estate ads as unique news.
