上海市崇明区长江小学继承陶行知先生的“美育”思想,积极探索学校发展与创新之路,利用校安改扩建工程建设机会,改造校园物质环境,在学校三维空间里创设融合第四维育人活动的环境建设和布置,以期带给师生快乐,启迪师生智慧,促进师生成长。同时借助企业文化建设工具CIS厘清视觉识别系统,逐步形成和创建特有的学校文化,使学校成为师生成长的家园、学园、乐园、花园。
