目的:观察低频振动对2型糖尿病患者C反应蛋白和胰岛素抵抗的临床疗效。方法:将40例2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组各20例,两组均在医师指导下个体化调整降糖用药方案,治疗组外加低频机械振动治疗。治疗前后测定并比较两组患者FBG、HOMA-IR水平及CRP复常率。结果:两组HOMA-IR、FBG治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组C反应蛋白复常率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:低频振动对2型糖尿病患者C反应蛋白和胰岛素抵抗的治疗具有良好的临床疗效。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of low frequency vibration on C-reactive protein and insulin resistance in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: Forty patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups of 20 patients. Both groups underwent individual adjustment of hypoglycemic regimen under the guidance of a physician. The treatment group was treated with low-frequency mechanical vibration therapy. Before and after treatment, FBG and HOMA-IR levels and CRP recovery rate were determined and compared between the two groups. Results: There were significant differences in HOMA-IR and FBG before and after treatment and after treatment between two groups (P <0.05). The normal rate of C-reactive protein in treatment group was higher than that in control group (P <0.05) . Conclusion: Low-frequency vibration has a good clinical effect on the treatment of C-reactive protein and insulin resistance in type 2 diabetic patients.
