患儿,男,24d。以高热5d,腹胀1d,之代主诉入院。查体:T39℃,P92次/min,R40次/min。反应差,中度脱水貌,口唇樱红,呼吸深快,两肺呼吸音粗,心音低钝,腹部高度膨胀,肠鸣音消失,臀及肛周皮肤发红,下肢散在米粒样大小的脓疱疹4个。实验室检查WBC7.5×10~9/L,N0.73,L0.26,E0.01;大便检查RbC(+);血清K~+3.4mmol/L,Na~+136mmol/L,CT95mmol/L,CO_2-CP15mmol/L。X线片示心肺正常,双膈上升,肠管普遍充气,肠袢呈均匀性
