目的观察Systemp脱敏剂治疗牙本质敏感症的临床疗效。方法采用随机分组对照试验,以75%氟化钠甘油为对照分别观察实验组和对照组的即时疗效和3个月后疗效,并进行统计学分析。结果实验组的即时疗效与3个月后疗效有效率分别为95.38%和89.23%,明显高于对照组的58.13%及46.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 Systemp脱敏剂是较为理想的脱敏剂。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Systemp desensitizer in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity. Methods Randomized controlled trials were used to compare the immediate effect of the experimental group and the control group with 75% sodium fluoride glycerol as the control and the efficacy after 3 months, and statistical analysis was made. Results The immediate curative effect of the experimental group and 95.38% and 89.23% after 3 months were significantly higher than those of the control group (58.13% and 46.25% respectively), with significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusion Systemp desensitizer is an ideal desensitizer.
