《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》指出:“教育大计,教师为本。”作为校长,笔者有责任、有义务做好教师队伍的建设工作,引领教师专业发展,提高教师业务水平,努力让每位教师都能拥有高尚的师德、精湛的专业能力,着力打造一个德艺双馨的教师团队。下面笔者针对在教师素质提升与发展方面的建设谈几点看法。
