IgA肾病是最常见的原发性肾小球疾病,以肾小球系膜区IgA沉积为病理特征。以往研究亦多侧重于系膜细胞在肾小球硬化中的作用,然而随着足细胞相关分子的深入研究,证实足细胞损伤与IgA肾病蛋白尿产生、新月体形成、肾小球硬化及间质纤维化密切相关。针对足细胞的治疗也有了新的认识。现就足细胞异常与IgA肾病临床病理指标的关系及IgA肾病治疗等相关进展进行综述。
IgA nephropathy is the most common primary glomerular disease characterized by IgA deposition in the glomerular mesangial area. Previous studies also focused more on the role of mesangial cells in glomerulosclerosis, however, with the further study of podocyte-related molecules, podocyte injury and proteinuria of IgA nephropathy, crescent formation, glomerulosclerosis and Interstitial fibrosis is closely related. There is also a new understanding of the treatment of podocytes. Now podocyte abnormalities and IgA nephropathy clinical pathological indicators and IgA nephropathy and other related advances are reviewed.
