目的根据铁路疾病预防控制机构档案管理现状和存在的问题,提出整改建议,为决策部门提供参考依据。方法采用综合分析的方法,针对乌鲁木齐铁路疾病预防控制机构档案工作管理现状,分析并找出存在的问题。结果铁路疾病预防控制机构档案管理工作滞后,存在档案名目种类繁多、归档复杂、档案管理设施陈旧、保管条件差、现存档案亟待抢救整理等问题;今后应加快铁路疾病预防控制机构档案管理现代化、信息化建设,把行政、人事、财务档案、传染病、职业病、地方病的流行病学调查报告、监测数据、预防措施和方案、各种疫情报告及疫情统计资料等档案管理纳入到办公自动化的总格局之中,实现档案信息的数字化和网络化;实现档案信息接收、传递、存储和提供利用的一体化和档案信息资源的高度共享。结论只有加强与上级的沟通、协调,主动争取各级领导的支持和各部门的配合,才能保证这项工作在各阶段的顺利实施,实现疾病预防控制机构档案工作的跨越式发展。
Objective According to the status quo and existing problems of archives management of railway disease prevention and control institutions, suggestions for rectification are put forward to provide reference for decision-making departments. Methods A comprehensive analysis method was used to analyze and find out the existing problems in archives management of Urumqi Railway Disease Prevention and Control Institution. Results The file management of railway disease prevention and control agencies lags behind with a wide range of file names, complicated archives, outdated file management facilities, poor storage conditions and urgent archiving of existing files. In the future, it is necessary to speed up the modernization of archives management of railway disease prevention and control agencies. In the process of construction, the archives management of administrative, personnel, financial files, infectious diseases, occupational diseases and endemic diseases will be integrated into the overall pattern of office automation through the management of epidemiological survey reports, monitoring data, preventive measures and programs, various epidemic situation reports and epidemic statistics data Among them, realize the digitization and networking of file information; realize the integration of file information reception, transmission, storage and utilization and the high sharing of file information resources. Conclusion Only by strengthening communication and coordination with superiors and actively seeking the support of leaders at all levels and with the coordination of various departments can the smooth implementation of this work be ensured in all stages and the leap-forward development of the archives work of disease prevention and control institutions can be achieved.
