蔓延至今的全球经济危机促使国际货币基金组织进行了特别提款权的新一轮大规模分配,关于特别提款权的讨论再度兴起。借助对特别提款权的研究,可以更好地理解国际货币体系的现状,发现当代国际货币体系的问题所在,从而为构建新的国际货币体系指明方向。同时,通过指出现行特别提款权的问题和不足,提出可行的改革方案,有助于特别提款权自身的完善和发展,进而促使其发挥更大的作用,为国际货币体系的稳定有序和世界经济的健康发展做出应有的贡献。
The global economic crisis that has spread so far has prompted the International Monetary Fund to carry out a new round of large-scale SDR distribution. The discussion on SDRs is on the rise again. With the help of SDR research, we can better understand the status quo of the international monetary system and discover the problems of the contemporary international monetary system so as to point out the direction for building a new international monetary system. At the same time, by pointing out the problems and shortcomings of the existing SDRs, putting forward feasible reform proposals will help improve and develop the SDR itself and further promote its role in the stability and orderliness of the international monetary system Make due contributions to the healthy development of the world economy.
