广东省劳动和社会保障厅转发劳动保障部关于表彰2001年度全国技术能手的决定的通知粤劳社[2002]66号各地级以上市、顺德市劳动保障(劳动)局,各有关单位:为引导广大劳动者钻研业务、敬业爱岗,不断提高技能水平,适应社会经济发展对职工技能的要求,2001年度劳动保障部会同有关部、委组织开展了计算机应用等九种职业(工种)的技能竞赛活动。在这些竞赛活动中,我省有关单位认真组织,选手积极参与,其中刘张铿等5名选手在竞赛中表现突出,取得了优秀成绩,被劳动保障部授予“全国技术能手”称号。现将劳动保障部《关于表彰2001年度全国技术能手的决定》(劳社部发[2002]4号)转发给你们。希望“全国技术能手”所在单位要结合本单位的实际情况对“全国技术能手”获得者给予适当奖励,并积极引导职工向他们学习。也希望“全国技术能手”获得者戒骄戒躁,以荣誉为新的起点,不断进取。各地劳动保障部门和各行各业,要认真落实科教兴国战略,关心扶持技能人才的培养,进一步推动我省岗位练兵、技术比武活动的广泛开展,掀起一个学技术、竞技能、讲质量、比贡献的热潮,为建立一支高素质的技能人才队伍,为广东率先基本实现现代化做出积极贡献。二○○二年四月十日
