以双季红树莓‘海尔特兹’为试材,采取田间随机取样法,对比研究了不同时期叶片中主要矿质元素的含量变化,以探索红树莓果实成熟期影响叶片早衰的因素,制定相应的调控措施。结果表明:果实成熟初期、盛期和末期,正常和早衰植株上部叶片的全N含量分别为22.85、21.74、20.47mg·g~(-1)和21.43、19.26、17.35mg·g~(-1),差异显著;正常和早衰植株中部叶片在果实成熟初期、盛期,全氮(N)含量分别为24.50、23.32mg·g~(-1)和20.71、19.12mg·g~(-1),差异显著。果实成熟初期、盛期和末期,正常和早衰植株上部叶片全磷(P)含量分别为1.20、1.13、1.13mg·g~(-1)和1.05、1.01、0.96mg·g~(-1),差异显著。果实成熟初期和盛期,正常和早衰植株上部叶片全镁(Mg)含量分别为9.38、10.01mg·g~(-1)和8.26、7.90mg·g~(-1),差异显著;正常和早衰植株中部叶片果实成熟盛期、末期,全Mg含量分别为10.02、11.54mg·g~(-1)和8.20、8.91mg·g~(-1),差异显著;正常和早衰植株下部叶片在果实成熟初期和盛期,全Mg含量分别为10.41、11.06mg·g~(-1)和9.11、9.30mg·g~(-1),差异显著。果实成熟初期和盛期,正常和早衰植株上部叶片全铁(Fe)含量分别为558.41、1 198.22μg·g~(-1)和314.94、454.09μg·g~(-1),差异显著;正常和早衰下部叶片在果实成熟初期、盛期和末期,全Fe含量分别为1 343.82、1 561.57、2 011.20μg·g~(-1)和909.03、1 139.30、1 559.66μg·g~(-1),差异极显著。
