特点和用途SCR—300可控硅直流弧焊机系用可控硅作为整流元件,由于可控硅的输出电压和输出电流利用移相调节进行变化,所以有高的引弧电势和低的焊接电压,并具有平滑的电流和电压调节性能。本机还装有遥控调节器和明娃的输出指示表,操作简便,焊接性能良好,具有体积小,重量轻的特点。焊机外形见图1。该焊机可用于Φ1毫米以下的焊条对各种金属材料的手工电弧焊,也可作为气体保护焊的焊接电源。
