老年性扩张型心肌病并非少见,近年报告数增多。因其临床表现缺乏特异性,医生警惕性低,以及基层医院辅助检查缺少或(和)未及早施行,易误诊。绵阳市中心医院1980～1983年共收治该病12例,9例误诊,另1例在外院长期误诊来院后修正为本诊断,共误诊10例。下面进行分析,以总结教训。
Age-related dilated cardiomyopathy is not uncommon and the number of reported increases in recent years. Because of its lack of specificity of clinical manifestations, doctors with low vigilance, as well as the lack of primary hospital auxiliary examinations or (and) not implemented as early as possible, misdiagnosed. Mianyang Central Hospital from 1980 to 1983 were treated 12 cases of the disease, 9 cases were misdiagnosed, and the other 1 case of long-term misdiagnosis outside the hospital to amend the diagnosis, a total of 10 cases of misdiagnosis.
