近日,国家发展改革委、天津市政府在京联合召开“中国-新加坡天津生态城建设国家绿色发展示范区”新闻发布会,并发布《中国-新加坡天津生态城建设国家绿色发展示范区实施方案》。会上,国家发展改革委副主任解振华指出,中国-新加坡天津生态城建设国家绿色发展示范区(以下简称“天津生态城”),是国务院批复的第一个国家绿色发展示范区,是深入贯彻落实生态文明建设战略的一个重要举措,对于探索我国新型城镇化道路、推动城市绿色、循环、低碳发展,促进绿色发展国际交流与合作都具有重要的意义。
