广西阳朔县大部分石山林位于国家风景名胜区范围内,具有很大的开发利用价值,其林改问题具有特殊性和典型性。据实地调研了解,阳朔县石山林地区的林改基本处于停滞状态,面临最大的问题便是石山林是否应加入林改行列,造成这种问题最主要的原因还是阳朔县政府、相关旅游企业和农民三者之间的利益博弈。
Yangshuo County, Guangxi Province, most of the stone forest is located within the scope of the National Scenic Area, has great value for development and utilization, and its forest reform has its own particularity and typicality.
