当前影响刑侦工作科学发展的主要问题侦查工作观念存在诸多误区多年来,我们很少对刑侦工作的宏观发展进行深入研究和理性思考。比如对刑事犯罪的前瞻性研究、破案投入与产出关系研究、刑侦工作可持续发展研究等近乎空白。虽然我们也建立了“一案一总结”制度,但犹如“蜻蜒点水”,很难提及对其它重大工作环节的研究和探讨,
At present, there are many errors in the concept of investigation work. For years, we have rarely conducted deep research and rational thinking on the macro-development of criminal investigation work. For example, a prospective study of criminal offenses, a study on the relationship between the detection of crimes and the production of output, and the research on the sustainable development of criminal investigation work are almost blank. Although we have also set up a system of “one case and one conclusion”, it is hard to mention the research and discussion of other major work links.
