猫抓病国内文献已有报道,我院曾收1例,误诊为皮脂腺囊肿及急性淋巴瘤,本文综合文献,结合本例的经验教训报告如下: 患者,男,15岁。因在腋下发现包块15天,1988年1月11日入院。于1987年12月27日洗澡时偶然发现左腋下有一鸽蛋大包块,无任何不适,第二天来我院,门道诊断为皮脂腺囊肿,未作处理。此后包块迅速增大,且有阵发性刺痛、触痛及酸胀感。1988年1月8日再次就诊,拟为“恶性淋巴瘤”收住院。患者纳平,二便正常,无发热、头痛、咳嗽、恶心、呕吐、全身不适、肌肉酸痛等。发病前有与猫密切接触史,但无明确抓、咬
