通过简要介绍绩效管理的起源与发展,分析了我国社区卫生服务机构在绩效管理方面的探索,发现我国社区卫生服务机构绩效管理主要体现在两个层面:政府对社区卫生服务机构和社区卫生服务机构对其工作人员的绩效考核。当前,我国社区卫生服务机构绩效管理的探索在一定程度上加强了社区卫生服务机构管理、强化了其公共卫生服务功能、完善了其分配制度、推动了社区卫生服务相关改革,但是仍存在重绩效考核、轻绩效管理,重数量考核、轻质量考核,单一考核多、多方评价少,被动考核多、主动报告少等问题。针对相关问题提出了可参考性的政策建议。
