各省、自治区、直辖市及计划单列市外经贸委(厅、局),各有关外经贸企业:为提高我国外派劳务人员的素质,进一步加强外派劳务培训工作的管理,保证和促进对外劳务合作的健康快速发展,在广泛征求意见的基础上,我部对1996年制订的《外派劳务人员培训工作管理规定》进行了修订。现将修订后的《外派劳务人员培训工作管理规定》(以下简称“《规定》”)印发给你们,请遵照执行,并注意做好以下工作:一、尽快将此通知转发所属的培训中心和各相关单位、企业。
