水稻化学杀雄技术研究概况和特点化学药物杀雄是一项育种新技术。水稻是雌雄同花、自花授粉作物,为了获取大量的水稻杂交种子,选用某些化学药剂,在水稻一定的发育阶段,用适宜的浓度喷洒在植株上,抑杀雄蕊,而保存雌蕊活性,产生“雄性不育”随后选用另一水稻品种作父本给它授粉,即可配制出大量的杂交一代种子,投入生产。用化学药剂诱导水稻产生的“雄性不育”是生理性的不育,它不能遗传给下一代,因此,它和“三系”法的雄性不育系有本质上的不同,后者是可以通过某种遗传途径遗传给后代的。
