为应对全球经济时代对高职物流人才培养的不同需求,承担人才培养的高职物流管理课程设计面临着时代变化带来的新挑战。文章分析了阿马蒂亚·森能力因素法的四大核心要素及对人才培养定位的影响。根据能力因素法,针对高职物流教育课程目标定位、体系结构、实施方式和评价体系的问题现状,提出了以学生为主体的人性化课程设计方案。
In order to meet the different needs of logistics talents cultivation in higher vocational education in the global economic times, the curriculum design of higher vocational logistics management personnel undertaking the training of personnel faces the new challenges brought by the changing times. The article analyzes the four core elements of Amartya Sen’s ability factor method and its influence on the orientation of talent training. According to the ability factor method, aiming at the current situation of the target orientation, system structure, implementation mode and evaluation system of logistic education curriculum in higher vocational education, a humanized curriculum design scheme with students as the main body is put forward.
