曾与方舟子交恶,并被判拘役5个半月的华中科技大学同济医学院泌尿外科研究所原所长肖传国先生,再次成为媒体关注的焦点。5月23日,这位备受争议的“肖氏反射弧手术”发明者高调宣布自己重新获得了执业资格。2012年初,深圳神源医院正式营业,肖传国担任院长。由于曾受刑事处罚,他的执业医师资格于2011年3月被卫生行政部门收回,因此在过去一年多的时间里,他在医院担任的只是院长这一法人代表职务,不能执业,既不能开处方,也不能动手术。
