采用一次完成中空式阻塞器的修复制作方法，修复因上颌骨单侧肿瘤摘除术导致的单侧上颌骨缺损，与传统修复制作方法相比，具有缩短修复制作过程，减少患者就诊次数，降低材料消耗等优点。患者能够及时戴入修复体，恢复口腔功能，改善面部外形。本组１５例患者全部获得满意效果。
