目的为了解锡盟地区医疗机构空气消毒质量,为控制医院感染提供依据。方法对2003～2006年锡盟地区所有医院内空气消毒情况进行检测。结果锡盟地区医院2003～2006年空气消毒合格率为75.2%,不同级别的医院消毒合格率存在差异,以盟级医院>县级医院>乡级医院>个体医院。结论锡盟地区医院的空气消毒质量还存在一些问题,应进一步加强对传染病的防治和消毒管理办法的宣传贯彻实施。
Objective To understand the quality of air disinfection of medical institutions in the Ximeng area and to provide the basis for the control of nosocomial infections. Methods The air disinfection in all hospitals in the Ximeng area from 2003 to 2006 was tested. Results The passing rate of air sterilization in Ximeng District Hospital from 2003 to 2006 was 75.2%. There were differences in the pass rate of disinfection in hospitals of different levels, with allied hospitals> county hospitals> township hospitals> individual hospitals. Conclusion There are still some problems in the quality of air disinfection in the hospitals of Ximeng District. Publicity on the prevention and control of infectious diseases and disinfection management should be further implemented.
