Recently, researchers from China and the United States have found and identified a new analgesic active ingredient from the traditional Chinese herbal medicine Corydalis (also known as Yuan Hu) as a basis for the development of painkillers with little side effects and no addiction. Relevant results published in the new issue of the United States, “Journal of Contemporary Biology”. Corydalis is mainly produced in China, Zhejiang and Jiangsu, blindly traditional Chinese herbal medicines, but also blindly relatively good painkiller. In collaboration with researchers at UC Irvine, the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, has newly discovered DHCB, the analgesic active ingredient in Corydalis. Animal experiments show that it may have a good effect on chronic pain, and no resistance.
