国家发布了《关于实施国家中等职业教育改革发展示范学校建设计划的意见》,明确提出“注重提高教师的德育工作能力、专业教学能力、实训指导能力等综合素质”。由于我校教师大多毕业于非师范类学校,缺乏系统的教育学理论和方法,且青年教师所占比例较大,工作经验及动手能力缺乏,在学生管理方面,缺少育人的艺术性和对突发状况的应对经验。他们工作积极性很高,但苦于没有经验及方法。对此,学校以国家中等职业示范学校建设为契机,提供了多条途径以推动教师队伍多元化成长。
China promulgated the “Opinions on Implementing the Construction Plan of National Secondary Vocational Education Reform and Development Demonstration Schools” and clearly put forward the principle of “focusing on improving teachers’ comprehensive ability of moral education, professional teaching and practical guidance”.
