地处高寒地区的引水式电站,由于气候寒冷,冬季运行有诸多不便之处。特别是动力渠道结冰及水中的絮状冰花常使电站无法正常工作。针对这一问题,在禅古电站工程中决定采用钢筋混凝土低压管道作为输水建筑物。分析了低压管道的优缺点,阐明了低压管道的设计方法。试工程低压管道采用圆形断面,管顶上覆盖松散土保温,从而消除了明渠结冰现象,减轻了冻胀危害,保证水电站在冬季正常运行。
In the alpine region, the diversion station has many inconveniences due to the cold climate and the winter operation. In particular, icing on the power channel and flocculent ice in the water often prevent the plant from working properly. In response to this problem, in the ancient power station project in Zen decided to use reinforced concrete low-pressure pipe as a water conveyance. The advantages and disadvantages of low pressure pipes are analyzed, and the design method of low pressure pipes is expounded. The low-pressure pipeline in the pilot project adopts a circular cross-section, and the top of the pipe is covered with loose soil for heat preservation, thus eliminating the phenomenon of icing in the open channel, reducing the hazard of frost heave and ensuring the normal operation of the hydropower station in winter.
