女村官是农村社会的精英,是乡村公共事务管理活动的主力军。她们管理村庄的能力和效果,影响着这支队伍的成长与发展壮大。在农村基层自治背景下,管理村庄的主要依据是村规民约。本次论坛围绕“如何修订和利用村规民约提高女村官管理村庄能力”这个主题展开讨论和交流。会议将于2010年第四季度在北京举行,希望女村官踊跃投稿。
Female village officials are the elites of rural society and the mainstay of rural public affairs management activities. They manage the village’s ability and effectiveness, affecting the team’s growth and development. In the context of rural grassroots self-government, the main basis for the management of villages is the village rules and regulations. The forum revolved around the theme of “How to revise and make use of village rules and regulations to improve the capacity of village officials to manage villages”. The meeting will be held in Beijing in the fourth quarter of 2010, hoping that the village official will actively contribute.
