本研究应用光镜及透射电镜技术,观察了三氯化镧(LaCl_3)对小鼠肝脏形态结构的影响。结果表明,静脉注射LaCl_32天后,1mg/kg·w组枯否氏细胞中仅见镧沉积形成的致密体;5mg/kg·w组镧进一步沉积于肝细胞;20mg/kg·w组出现肝细胞广泛的变性及坏死,且于给药后 72h左右动物死亡;80mg/kg·w组除糖原减少外,肝脏结构无著变。静注 10天后,1mg/ks·w组、5mg/kg·w组组肝细胞恢复正常,80ms/kg·w组可出现小叶内点状坏死,局部糖原消失。腹腔注射,80mg/kg·w组于第10天可出现肝小叶内点状坏死。
In this study, light microscopy and transmission electron microscopy techniques were used to observe the effect of LaCl 3 on the morphology of liver in mice. The results showed that after intravenous injection of LaCl_ for 32 days, only dense deposits of thorium deposits were found in Kupffer cells in the 1 mg/kg·w group; thorium deposits were further deposited in hepatocytes in the 5 mg/kg·w group; and hepatocytes were extensive in the 20 mg/kg·w group. The degeneration and necrosis occurred at approximately 72 h after the administration of the animal; in the 80 mg/kg.w group, the liver structure did not change except that the glycogen was reduced. After 10 days of intravenous injection, hepatocytes in the 1 mg/Ks.w group and 5 mg/kg.w group returned to normal, and in the 80 ms/kg.w group, punctate necrosis occurred in the lobule, and local glycogen disappeared. Intraperitoneal injection, 80mg/kg · w group on the 10th day there may be intracellular punctate necrosis.
