交通运输的发展是国家基础性产业发展的重要组成部分,而交通运输行业人员教育培训又是交通运输事业发展的基础,是实现交通运输行业可持续发展的关键。调查湖南交通运输行业职工教育培训现状,分析所取得的成绩及存在的不足,指出教育培训的重要性和紧迫性,提出加强培训机构建设、培训模式建设及加大培训经费的投入等系列对策,为解决目前交通运输行业职工教育培训中存在的困难与问题,进一步提高培训水平和培训质量提供理论依据。
The development of transportation is an important part of the development of national basic industries.
