当前,西部地区产业结构不合理造成产能过剩和供需错配、产业结构调整中创新驱动不足及产业结构调整软环境建设滞后等一系列问题。进一步优化西部地区产业结构,要充分发挥市场的决定性作用,政府应在化解过剩产能、促进产业升级和发展新兴产业、高技术产业方面发挥引导作用。
At present, the unreasonable industrial structure in the western region has caused a series of problems such as overcapacity and the mismatch between supply and demand, lack of innovation-driven innovation in industrial restructuring and lagging behind in the soft environment for industrial restructuring. To further optimize the industrial structure in the western region, we must give full play to the decisive role of the market. The government should play a guiding role in resolving excess capacity, promoting industrial upgrading and developing emerging industries and high-tech industries.
