高等职业教育的发展方兴未艾,产生了一系列问题。诸如学生生源参差不齐,就业压力大,学生厌学等现象。校企合作、项目化教学应运而生。本文认为应该把学校教育放在社会大背景下进行,努力做到学校文化、企业文化和社会潮流的互融共通,真正实现就业的零距离。那么如何让老师走进他们的心灵,提高教学质量,按照以人为本的原则传道、授业、解惑,对老师提出了更高的要求。
The development of higher vocational education is on the rise, resulting in a series of problems. Such as student sources uneven, employment pressure, students tired of learning and so on. School-enterprise cooperation, project teaching came into being. This paper argues that school education should be conducted in the context of society, and efforts should be made to achieve a common exchange of school culture, corporate culture and social trends, and a real zero distance for employment. So how to let teachers into their hearts, improve teaching quality, according to the principle of people preaching, teaching, doubts, the teacher put forward higher requirements.
