国培研修期间,魏本亚教授曾给我们讲过一个教学案例。外国教育专家到我国某名校交流教学经验,学校为了展示本校的教学实力,特地指名让一位特级教师上课。这位教师精心准备,在课堂上巧妙创设情景,然后提出问题,学生积极回答交流,师生互动频繁,教学环节一环紧扣一环,问题一个个迎刃而解。上完这节课,特级教师对自己的教学十分满意。不过在接下来座谈的时候,一位外国教育专家的一番话,却发人深思。外国专家说:
