W1001型挖掘一起重机配套6135柴油机,其离合器在生产使用中发出很大的嗓音,且使用寿命不长。对机器进行四保时,即需检修该离合器,更换旧摩擦片。检修时如铆接不当,容易出废品,或影响使用寿命。我公司从1960年起开始将6135柴油机离合器的生铁摩擦盘改为布质夹胶摩擦盘,经过十多年使用,效果良好。生产实践证明,以布质夹胶摩擦盘代替原生铁摩擦盘有如下优点:1.延长了离合器使用寿命
