本文报告了1,000个胎肝在再障、白血病、白细胞减少症、增生性贫血、血小板减少性紫癜和血友病等6种血液病255例的临床疗效和治疗反应,并对目前胎肝细胞悬液输注(FLI)存在的问题提出了一些看法。
This paper reports the clinical efficacy and response of 1,000 fetal liver in 255 cases of six blood diseases including aplastic anemia, leukemia, leucopenia, hyperplastic anemia, thrombocytopenic purpura and haemophilia. The current fetal hepatocyte suspension Fluid Infusion (FLI) problems raised some views.
