小学教育是素质教育的前沿出发点,在整个义务教育阶段承担着培养下一代的重任。把握孩子的生理和心理特点,培养孩子自主性学习的习惯,增强孩子创新思维是小学教育的责任,也是在小学教学进行中必须把握好的教学目标。激励性教育是达到此目标的一个途径,如果把此途径模式化叫做激励性教育的范式,那么此范式包括三个关联的阶段:激发兴趣、激励质疑、激励合作。
Primary education is the frontier of quality education and shoulders the task of cultivating the next generation throughout the period of compulsory education. Grasp the child’s physical and psychological characteristics, develop children’s habits of independent learning, enhance children’s innovative thinking is the responsibility of primary education, but also in the primary teaching must take a good teaching objectives. Incentive education is a way to achieve this goal. If we model this approach as the paradigm of incentive education, then this paradigm includes three related phases: stimulating interest, motivating questions and encouraging cooperation.
