1996年4月2日《人民日报》,在头版头条发表题为《发扬大庆、铁人、北大荒三种精神黑龙江人民团结奋斗创新业》的报道,同时配发了短评《以伟大精神创辉煌业绩》。这篇短评,对于我们学习和贯彻江泽民同志关于领导干部一定要讲学习、讲政治、讲正气的指示精神;深入理解在市场经济的新形势下,继续发扬三种精神,与把全省档案事业推向发展新阶段的关系,有重要参考作用,为此,特予转载。
