近年来,我国的密封件生产有了明显的发展,但在性能及品种、规格方面仍未能完全替代进口。因此,为了更好地确保引进液压设备正常可靠地工作,以及在某些重要的场合,仍需选用进口密封件。而密封件选择的正确与否,将直接影响液压缸的工作性能和寿命,甚至还会影响液压缸的正常动作。进口密封件虽然种类繁多,但常用的仅有数种。表1为常用进口密封件的使用参数(表中插图见图1所示)。表2为常用密封材料与介质的适应性。
