石油化工中锅炉温度是工业生产中的重要参数,对它的控制也是过程控制中的一个重点。温度控制系统广泛应用于工业控制领域,如钢铁厂、化工厂、火电厂等锅炉的温度控制系统,电焊机的温度控制系统等。加热炉温度控制在许多领域中得到广泛的应用。本研究通过对现场数据的采集处理,以动画显示、报警处理、流程控制和报表输出等多种方式使用户对系统中的重要数据进行了解,对系统进行运行调试。采用经验法整定调节器参数,然后在相关控制作用下,对被控对象输入阶跃信号,观察控制过程的输出响应曲线,检验控制效果。
Boiler temperature in petrochemical industry is an important parameter in industrial production, its control is also a key point in process control. Temperature control system is widely used in industrial control field, such as steel plant, chemical plant, thermal power plant boiler temperature control system, welding machine temperature control system. Furnace temperature control is widely used in many fields. Through collecting and processing the scene data, this research makes users understand the important data in the system in many ways such as animation display, alarm processing, flow control and report output, and debug the system. Regulate the parameters of the regulator by empirical method, and then input the step signal to the controlled object under the action of relevant control, observe the output response curve of the control process and test the control effect.
